Review Logitech G510
The Logitech G510 is a keyboard produced by Logitech designed specifically for gamers. It includes 18 macro keys that can each have 3 macros assigned to them. Bundeled apps for LCD display: Clock/Countdown timer, Performance Monitor, Countdown Timer, Media Display, POP3 monitor, RSS reader and profile selector.
The G510 is offers a few differences from other keyboards in the G-series, despite its similar appearance and feel. This keyboard is clearly aimed at MMO and RTS fans, judging by the 18 macro keys on offer. As with previous G-series keyboards we’ve seen, there are three mode settings that triple the number of assignments, providing 54 different combinations before you even have to look at mapping more macros to the standard keys. There's also the standard Windows-key locker, plus an interesting USB sound card that’s built into the keyboard behind the microphone and headphone ports.

Logitech Performance Mouse M950
Laser tracking that works on virtually any surface and a tiny, leave-in wireless receiver put the power to achieve in your hand.
Regular laser tracking technology relies on the ability of the mouse’s sensor to detect the textural derails of the surface. The more irregularities a surface exhibits, the easier it is for the sensor to identify reference points that it can use to accurately measure motion. However, because high-gloss surfaces such as glass are almost completely flat, there are not enough details for a typical laser mouse’s sensor to detect.
To track on glass (that’s at least 4mm thick), Logitech Darkfield uses dark field microscopy to detect microscopic particles and micro-scratches on these surfaces., rather than tracking the surface itself. Similar to the way our eye sees the clear night sky, the mouse’s sensor sees the clean areas of the glass as a dark background with bright dots – the dust. Then, the sensor interprets the movement of these dots to track exactly where you’ve moved the mouse.

Radiation discovered in Fukushima, Ibaraki foods
The governments of Fukushima and Ibaraki prefectures have respectively urged dairy farmers and vegetable growers to refrain from shipping cow milk and spinach raised outdoors, following tests that found radioactive substances in some of these items.
According to test results announced Saturday, samples of cow milk from Kawamatacho, Fukushima Prefecture, and spinach from six cities, towns and villages in Ibaraki Prefecture were found to contain radioactive iodine and other radioactive materials in excess of provisional limits, officials said.
The samples were taken from producers near the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant.
The government is considering limiting shipments of some agricultural and livestock products from Fukushima and neighboring prefectures, they said. There currently are no provisions in the Food Sanitation Law regulating radiation in food.
After the outbreak of the nuclear power plant disaster, the Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry adopted on a provisional basis a set of acceptable levels for radiation in food, devised by the Cabinet Office's Atomic Energy Commission after the incident began.
The Fukushima and Ibaraki prefectural governments sampled cow milk and spinach grown outdoors, respectively, late last week.
Cow milk samples taken by a Fukushima Prefecture dairy farmer 47 kilometers from Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant were found to contain as much as 1,510 becquerel (Bq) of radioactive iodine, about five times the amount permissible under the provisional standards, the prefectural government said.

Fenomena 'Super Moon'
Supermoon, Syzygy & Adi Bulan

USB 3.0 - SuperSpeed USB
Have you spent too much time waiting for large files to crawl between a computer and an external hard drive? Don't worry,be happy becoz USB 3.0 has arrived. Not only can it move data faster and provide more power, but it's compatible with USB 2.0 devices.USB continues to be the answer to connectivity for PC, Consumer Electronics, and Mobile architectures. It is a fast, bidirectional, low-cost, dynamically attachable interface that is consistent with the requirements of the PC platforms of today and tomorrow.
SuperSpeed USB brings significant performance enhancements to the ubiquitous USB standard, while remaining compatible with the billions of USB enabled devices currently deployed in the market. SuperSpeed USB will deliver 10x the data transfer rate of Hi-Speed USB, as well as improved power efficiency.
- SuperSpeed USB has a 5 Gbps signaling rate offering 10x performance increase over Hi-Speed USB.
- SuperSpeed USB is a Sync-N-Go technology that minimizes user wait-time.
- SuperSpeed USB will provide Optimized Power Efficiency. No device polling and lower active and idle power requirements.
- SuperSpeed USB is backwards compatible with USB 2.0. Devices interoperate with USB 2.0 platforms. Hosts support USB 2.0 legacy devices.
Unlike the change from USB 1.0 to USB 2.0, USB 3.0 brings actual physical differences to the connectors. The flat USB Type A plug (that goes into the computer) looks the same, but inside is an extra set of connectors; the edge of the plug is colored blue to indicate that it's USB 3.0.
On the other end of the cable, the Type B plug (that goes into the USB device) actually looks different -- it has an extra set of connectors, so it looks a bit like a USB plug that's been crimped a little ways down one end. There's also a new Micro Type B plug that has all its connectors laid out horizontally.
As a result, you won't be able to fit a USB 3.0 cable into a USB 2.0 device. However, you will be able to plug USB 3.0 devices -- and cables -- into your current computer; you just won't get the speed advantage. (Note: To get the most out of USB 3.0, the cable needs to be less than about 9 feet long, down from the USB 2.0 16-foot limit.)

Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC)

Baru-baru ni aku berpeluang utk melawat Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC) di Cyberjaya. Terus terang aku sbenarnye tak brape tau pasal MDEC ni.
Check it out!!

Lessons from Egypt: Learn to be independent
However, I feel the reported RM50 million spent on the mass evacuation could have been avoided or partially saved. My nephew (fondly called Angah), a fourth-year medical student at Mansoura University, about 100km from Cairo, concurs with me on this matter.
Here is a brief account of the worrying trend among our students, as related by Angah.
Malaysian students had been forewarned by their respective unions not to venture into cities on Tuesday, Jan 25, which happened to be a public holiday, to commemorate Police Day because a big anti-Hosni Mubarak public demonstration was to be held on that day.
The sight of the hundreds of thousands of Egyptians marching down the streets prompted our students to push the panic button.
Fearing civil unrest beyond unprecedented proportions, they began calling their parents, Wisma Putra, the Malaysian embassy and even our television stations asking for help and demanding their parents to pressure the government to bring them home.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and our embassy in Cairo had initially adopted a wait-and-see attitude, which was rightly so, because Egyptians were more concerned about ejecting their president and not ejecting foreigners from their country.
Furthermore, the populace respects Malaysian students. After all, our students have been studying at Cairo's Al-Azhar University even before Merdeka, albeit in smaller numbers.
Needless to say, the persistent calls from students to their parents and from parents to Wisma Putra, our embassy and TV stations left our government with no choice but to evacuate the students.
Nonetheless, we could have saved a substantial amount of money by evacuating only students in the two hotspots, Cairo and Alexandria, because in other cities where our students were located, Mansoura, Zagazig, Tanta and Dumyat, there was less public disorder.
Here are two lingering questions: In future, would parents expect our government to recall our students from countries where they are studying if things over there go awry? Next, who's footing the bill for our students' flight back to Egypt?
A costly lesson has been learned from this event.
Parents should remind their children that once they board a plane to further their studies abroad, they are on the threshold of adulthood and should not act like cry-babies shouting: "We want to go home". They should have courage in the face of adversity.
"Bravo" to the few students who stayed put in Egypt and to my nephew Angah and his 60-odd fellow students who went to Turkey, Jordan and Europe during the uprising.
They have the stuff that "Malaysia Boleh" is made of.

Haram Hukumnya
Tak paham la dgn manusia sekarang ni..rakyat Malaysia mcm dah hilang rasa tanggungjawab sosial (social responsibilty)..patutnya org yg kemalangan tu dibantu dulu..tp sebaliknya, duit yg berterabur tu pulak yg dikejar. Mungkin ni lah tandanya ekonomi rakyat Malaysia dah makin teruk.
Amal Makruf Nahi Mungkar. Wallahualam.
